These Terms of Service govern the relationship between you, the client or member (“you”), and Victoria Lewis Business Support Limited (VLBS) (“we,” “us,” “our”). By engaging with our services or subscribing to our Tech School, you agree to these terms.

We provide business systems support, audits, process optimisation, automation setup, training, and related consulting services as agreed with each client.
Payments are due either in full upfront or in three equal instalments, processed through Stripe.
Work will not begin until the first payment is received.
All payments are non-refundable.
If a project is cancelled partway through, you will be invoiced for all work completed up to the date of cancellation.
Project timelines are flexible and agreed based on the scope of work and client needs.
Timescales are dependent on the client providing required information, access, and feedback promptly. Delays caused by the client may extend delivery timelines.
All templates, documents, or systems created by VLBS remain our intellectual property until full payment is received.
Upon full payment, you are granted a non-exclusive licence to use the deliverables for your business.
Tech School is an online membership providing access to training courses, digital resources, live sessions, and a community platform.
Subscriptions are available as:
Monthly: £27/month
Annual: £270/year
Payments are collected automatically via Stripe until cancelled by you.
We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee on first-time subscriptions (no questions asked).
After 30 days, you may cancel at any time and will not be charged for future billing cycles.
No refunds are provided for partially used billing periods.
Course materials, templates, and resources are for your personal or business use only.
You must not share, resell, or redistribute content without written permission.

Be respectful and supportive of other members.
Avoid spam, harassment, or inappropriate content.
Not share confidential client or business information without consent.
We reserve the right to remove members who breach this policy without refund.
Our services are provided on an “as is” basis. We make no guarantees of specific business outcomes.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses, including lost profits, downtime, or data loss.
Our total liability to you will not exceed the fees paid for the relevant service.
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.
